no, if they were already introduced and living together there is no need to quarantine them. The purpose is to prevent passing parasites from any new gliders you plan on introducing to gliders you already have, and to give the gliders all time to get used to each others scents before you introduce them. Gliders are territorial animals you can't just put a new glider in with an established colony, they can and do fight, cause severe injuries and even death.
