I just got my new twins Sheila and Joey last Friday. They will be two next month and I love them to pieces already. I have been wanting sugar gliders for a long time and have done tons of research on them and am still learning new things every day. My little ones came from a previous owner who didn't do much with them in the past few months so they are a little skiddish. My Sheila is my crabby one that likes to fuss all the time and bark all night long. I have found that she doesn't like the house to be completely dark in the house at night so I have to keep a light on for her or she will keep the whole house up. I'm still working on their diet and what they like to eat, they are picky, but we have found that cantaloupe is a favorite. Today was spent in a pouch around my neck "bonding" and a short car ride and they have done great. We did find out little Joey is afraid of the sound of running water. Tomorrow is planned for some more bonding and trying carrots for a treat.
