I get to keep them for now! I'm not sure how my sister in law will feel about them but we are going to give it a shot. My neighbor who checks on them when I am at work still refuses to pet them. She told me this is how she checks on them. "I go up to the cage and say Knock knock little squirrels it's Vicki are you ok and they crab at me. If they don't crab I open the cage and feel the bottom of their pouch and then they holler hello we're sleeping in here. so see I am taking very good care of them." My boyfriend (6'2" 300lbs) is a different story>>> Everytime I open the cage he runs. He says "they hate me. Don't you remember the first time you opened the cage and they flew onto my chest and I pissed my pants? You told me they liked me and I was dumb enough to believe you and a few days later I stood there when you opened the cage and they did it again."

Yoda got out of the cage last night when I was getting their food. I thought I shut the cage door but when I came back it was open. I was hoping they were both still in there. Sure enough one was missing. I thought oh boy here we go again. As I was puting their food in the cage I heard some noise by the tv I looked over and there she was running around the tv and then up the outside of the cage. I let her run alittle and she finally found the door and went in on her own and Miyagi crabbed at her a couple of times. Whew!

I get up between 3:30 -4am every morning to feed Chelsey (my diabetic pug). while she is eating I open Miyagi and Yoda's cage to talk, pet and give them a grape. The past 2 mornings one has gotten out while I am distracted by talking to the other. I think they plan this because after their caught and back in their cage and me and chelsey are back in bed I hear them giggling. I will be smarter tomorrow.

2 weeks into gliders
I think Miyagi & Yoda (who use to be Gizzy) are dyslexic. they are up most of the day and night and they love fruit but not so keen on veggies.
They are biting less often and not as hard. they will walk across my hand and slowly up my forearm. I can even hold them for about 3 seconds. were getting there.

I have had Mr. Miyagi and Gizzy for a week now and I am gettin bit less each day. This morning they even walked on my hand.
