do they wheels to run on? do they have a large cage? do they have a few cups with treats to forage for the treats? do you let them out of the cage for an hour or so to run around? As a quick short term fix, you can get ear plugs from a hardware store cheap. they will keep out almost all noise, I use them for sleeping during the day.

In order to help you in this task, it would be useful for us to know what kind of toys they have in their cage and what is their settings (noise, light, temperature and so on)

As much as I can understand your exasperation... gliders are nocturnal and yes, it happens that they bark, which is not a secret, they will not conform to your idea of what a good pet should do just because you want it. Isolating her in a 2nd cage, which is a punitive method, will just end up making things worse because then she will bark even more calling out for her mate, and become hostile. That being said, if she is barking non stop, there is something which triggers her, can be boredom, stress, conflict with her mate, whatever really, and it won't stop as long as it will not have been solved, so instead of being angry at her, you might find it more effcient and producive to search what could trigger her barking
