 Fighting, Frightened or what

Im scared that my gliders are fighting. Im only an 11 year old, so I need some help on how I know if they are actually fighting. They make a sound kinda like a locust, and will stare at each and they go so fast I cant see what they do then run away from each other! Does anyone know what is going on?

do young gliders do any sort of "dominance playing" like lots of "pups" or is this a sign of fighting? I have 2 females that i recently bought from an apparently less than reputable breeder. They appear to be a couple weeks apart based on the size difference. They were getting along fine until the larger one had to go to the vet for a hydro shot. once we got back the smaller one (Amelia) started climbing on the larger one (Gracie)'s back and biting her neck and face. Gracie was so sick and weak she couldnt fight back. She just let out a hissing crying sound, not the loud squacking they do when you peek in on them (I love that sound). I placed a divider in the cage as a temp. solution. Now when my wife and I take them out, we handle both of them together and they are fine. When we place them back in the cage together they start to "wrestle for dominance" but Gracie can fight back now so there is no "crying" but we dont let it go on for very long. Are they defining hiearchy, playing, or do I need another cage? If i increase the shared cage size would it help?

you may need to keep them in separate cages if they are fighting they can cause extreme injuries and even kill each other.

sounds like they are fighting to me, I would separate them and check both of them for any injuries or wounds that a vet would need to take care of. How long have you had both of them and how old are they? are they males or females if males are they neutered? ?
