OLD age.

 OLD age.

My boyfriend and I adopted a family of four gliders in November. A mother, a father, and a brother and sister. The joeys were a few months out of pouch, we could tell. But we failed to ask background info on them and no longer have the contact information for their previous owners. So now I don't know how old the parents are. I have no clue how to tell. I've been under the impression, lately, that the mother glider is a lot older than we thought. She's very laid back and slow moving. She's lazy and has gotten fat since we first got her. For a while, we thought she was just lazy but I've been wondering lately if, actually, she is just getting old. I want to know how to tell. I tried Googling it and the only results I've gotten were, "How to tell if the joeys..." "How old should sugar gliders be when you adopt..."

It never answers my question! How can I tell old age in my sugar glider.

Please, if anybody knows, I would like to know too because I want to be sure we give her the proper care for an older glider.

I do have an older sugar glider myself and he acts the way you describe yours as acting. I'm not sure how you would tell the age though unfortunately, sorry.
