My sugar glider usually will be asleep during the day unless i take her out to play and they will be awake at night when i prepare dinner for them and also very active playing around the cage

But yesterday and also today, she has been awake during the day and also sleep at night and only comes out to eat. Is this normal or should I bring her to the vet??
