I use the BML mix. You make it and put it in ice cube trays and give them a cube each. (1 tbsp). Mine love it and it's packed full of nutrients. get them a wheel that trims their nails or someone else suggested that I get a bird perch that has the sand paper material because they love being up high. I'm unsure about the product itself. I've never used it. Give them spring water in a glass container that clips on the side of the cage. Make sure the beds you get are seamless.
