Honestly, this is something you will probably NEVER achieve. Gliders are not "Cuddley" pets. I've had mine for over a year and like most people, I still cannot hold them in my hands. They are fast and love to run... Don't expect them to act like your average domestic animal. You can try holding her in you cupped hands, but if she runs out, don't grab her. My advice.... let her run and just enjoy your time with her.

Once you hold her then just cup her in your hands. She will get used to you soon enough. It sounds like you are doing great.
