I struggled like you too to feed my gliders properly. Let me tell you, BML is the best thing I've ever done! Just freeze in an ice tray. I serve one for every glider. If you want to be specific to be sure they get exactly what they need, Google search it and you'll even find a fruit and veggie list they give to serve with it.

BML is cool because it's nutricious and you freeze and scoop like icecream and can even put it in a ice cube tray (half filled per a cube,daily)

HPW has worked the best for me. 1 tbs of the mix for 2 gliders, plus 1 tbs of fruits, 1 tbs for veggies each glider. Nice and easy in my opinion.

I have eleven little fur friends, keeping up with the diet every night is crazy lol! I love Pricilla Price's Sugar Glider Exotic Diet, on thepetglider.com. It is a little confusing to figure out at first, but it's great. I have had so much success with it. If I don't have time to make their food fresh every night before bed, I make it earlier in the day so I can already have it all ready when they're ready to eat. That helps as well. Routine wise just depends on your day, when you have time to give them attention. When I am at home, I always have at least one pair on me sleeping and I rotate so they all get attention. And at night when they're ready to play, have some playtime before you go to sleep :) I hope this helps a little! Let me know if you have any more questions!
