 SICK GLIDERS???

Hi, my name is Breanna. I have had my gliders for a little over 4 months. But now they are acting weird. Well Rose my female is fine, except her paws are starting to look red and hurt I got her looked out but i still dont know. Moose is always shaking and cold so i turn the heat on and put a heat rock in their cage. But he still shakes. Is it bad that when i pick him up i can feel his ribs. That scared me so I took him out of the cage and fed him and made him eat. But idk if Rose is starving him and not letting him eat with her, or he's depressed. He also cant jump very far cuz hes so cold. I am doing the best I can. I took them in to a vet and they were fine but they keep going on and off. Also Today i had just noticed this red ball coming out by his but. Excuse my language but is that his genitalia, or is he wounded. It's under this sack of stuff idk what but ya and it looks like its not a wound but I just barely saw it today! So its weird. HELP ME!!! thanks

Make sure you're giving them enough calcium and protein. Shaking can be due to a calcium deficiency. Leadbeater's diet is a good in a pinch... a good dose of calcium and protein.

i have two gliders they both came from different breeders and they are only about 20 weeks oop, my female started acting weird she wont go in her pouch shes cold dehydrated wont eat very much and kind of twitchy, my male seemed fine but then today she seems better but not to her fullest but he wont even move he wont eat drink or respond to very much, if i unwrap him from his blanket he spazzes out and acts like he is gliding but he doesnt go anywhere, he is ice cold even though he is wrapped up with two fleece blankets and in a pouch he cant get warm, im taking them both to the vet tomorrow but im really worried, he wont even move and has labored breathing, she is not as bad, ive taken both of them out of their cage in concern its something in their cage, ive washed all their blankets and pouches and am trying to feed them both, ive changed none of there food or diet, im worried they ate a bad fruit or cricket, i just dont know but i dont think hes going to make it through the night to even see the vet. any help?????
