Most complaints it that their tales can get stuck on the middle part but they sell a piece to cover it... I have this and my gliders absolutely love it :D I have it with and without the sandpaper inside.

Honestly, nothing. You are doing better than most owners by having an 11 inch wheel to begin with. But you can read what others say around the Internet. You CAN replace the solid track with a mesh track. You CAN add sandpaper. You CAN make the wheels a little bit more safe. But its ok as it is.

I have one of those. I think it is missing the sandpaper and this thing that is like a square cover so their claws can grip better!
