It may be a good idea if you try to take him out during the day when he is not so active, if you have a glider pouch let him go in there to sleep, also between 2 shirts works well, carry him around with you as much as your time allows that is part of the bonding process, him getting to know your scents & movements. When you do have him out & on you gently pet & talk to him, it is always better if they come to you and not have to be forced, it takes a lot of time, patience, and love but he is young enough with the proper care he should bond with you. I have a male who is 9 months old & have had him for only 5 weeks, it has been a lot of hard work on our part, he is just starting to come around. I also have a baby, 4 months old just got him yesterday & I
carried him around my neck in a pouch all day yesterday, then this morning I coaxed him out of his cage slowly, hand feeding him a grape all the while gently talking to him, before I knew it he was on my arm & in the pouch again, I know that this is only a start, it takes a long sometimes, but persistance will pay off, time & patience is important.
Another thing I learned is that if you caold at all help it do not pull away when he bites, he will soon learn that biting gives him his way. Sorry so long, I hope I have helped you some, good luck! Snooky
