: I don't know anything -- don't even have a glider -- but for what it's worth I just read in Caroline MacPherson's book today, "Don't use screen door mesh to build a homemade cage because the gliders have a tendency to get their claws caught in it." Folks around here seem to think she knows what she's talking about, so it's something to keep in mind.

thanks for the help guys.... i dont think well try using the screen.... too chancy...what do you guys think about a special wire that is electronically charged on to the galvanized wire
very easy to clean and wont hurt the glider in any way if they nibble it..the only thing is that the spacing of the wire is
1"x2" and its 14 gauge wire...could my baby slip thru this??
