Hi Anne I read an e-mail from someone asking the samething
about airplanes and one of the answers were that a lady took
her gliders with her on the plane she checked with the airport and airline and they said it was ok When she went to
the next airport to switch planes they stopped her and she
had a difficult time getting on the next plane because the
airport personnel told her she wasn't allowed to have pets
on the plane except of course little cats and dogs. She did
say she would never fly with her gliders again eventhough
the gliders took the trip very well. Hope this helps and
again I don't know about it personally I just read an
answering e-mail.
