Avocados are not great for gliders, a little veery now and again would be ok but really watch thefat intake. As for bugs, gliders love bugs it is a natural part of their diet. I would plead for you to try and overcome your distaste enough not to deprive ypour gliders. try getting mealworms and using something to feed them to her. Otherwise grilled fat free chicken can be givenm instead. this doesnt give the joy of catching a live bug which they adore but does get around the protein problem.
: ok, I'll post as my glider from now on, sounds like a good idea.

: Anyhow, I have a real problem with bugs, they make me ~shiver~, can't imagine feeding one to my Elvira. Do I need to just bite the bullet and toss them to her and leave the room or can she live without them? I know I will get sick if I hear hear crunch into anything, but I will do what I must if it is best for her. Also, she LOVES advocados, I know they are high in fat and not great for humans, what about gliders?
