it started with his eye being white and swollen and teary. I got prescribed anti biotics and that later changed from eye drops to oral. He also has pain medication and anti inflammitory drugs. The wound on his belly was said to be superficial but they still prescribed anti biotics for it.

I don't know what to do anymore, ive had 4 vet visits and everytime it seems to get worse and my money is running out and yoshi seems to be dying.

Hes still eating, but lethargic.

Thanks for the advice, i need all the help i can get. We have decided to keep fighting after another specialist took the case and decided he wanted to operate him. I have canceled half of my books i need for school just to pay for everything but i don't have a lot more. They removed the infection from his patagium and now he has a giant hole in it but he seems to be doing alright. But today he bit out his stitches even though he had a protective collar thing on because his patagium seems to be hanging surprisingly low enough for him to grab it. It now looks like this

any advice, do they regularly leave a hole instead of reshaping their patagium?
i live in the netherlands a country in which sugar gliders are almost non existent and only the university for vet's treat them which sizes down a lot of options if any. There is a specialist for exotic animals and he has treated sugar gliders fairly regularly but that's it.

I agree, and would definitely consider getting a second opinion. A qualified exotic vet will hopefully shed light on what is going on with Yoshi and provide the best care for him. Vets can be very expensive, as you know, but we love our precious suggies and try to do whatever we can to help them. It sounds like you're doing a good job taking care of him and wanting him to get the care he needs. Wishing you all the best. Please keep us posted.

What antibiotics was given to him? If it doesnt get rid of an infection, it's most likely that they are not adapted and should be switched. His swollen eyes could be the result of tooth abcess or infection of the eyelid.
The wound on his belly looks infected as well, and could do with a cleanup.

Without prejudging your current vet's work, It might be a good idea to consult another vet who is knowledgeable about gliders.
