Thanks for the advice, i need all the help i can get. We have decided to keep fighting after another specialist took the case and decided he wanted to operate him. I have canceled half of my books i need for school just to pay for everything but i don't have a lot more. They removed the infection from his patagium and now he has a giant hole in it but he seems to be doing alright. But today he bit out his stitches even though he had a protective collar thing on because his patagium seems to be hanging surprisingly low enough for him to grab it. It now looks like this
any advice, do they regularly leave a hole instead of reshaping their patagium?
i live in the netherlands a country in which sugar gliders are almost non existent and only the university for vet's treat them which sizes down a lot of options if any. There is a specialist for exotic animals and he has treated sugar gliders fairly regularly but that's it.
