I usually buy frozen veggies with no salt added at all, but today I picked up the wrong kind.

mixed veggies with a hint of salt says the package
so
are these ok to feed until i can buy the frozen ones without the salt or should i ditch them ASAP

I would avoid them. From what I've read in several places (I don't know offhand just where) salt can cause sugar gliders to become dehydrated. I bet the store would let you exchange them.

Yeah I wouldn't do it, just because of how a 'tiny thing' can affect them so drastically.
