Hi aveexo -- I got my gliders from Pocket Pets, too..before I knew better.
What you need to do now is get your sugar glider into a vet, and onto a good diet ASAP. When you take her to the vet, make sure that you request a fecal smear and float. This is really important as many gliders from Pocket Pets are sent home with parasites (which could be fatal if not treated...BUT, not all gliders from Pocket Pets have parasites. I've had mine since October and they've tested clean and healthy multiple times).
Now diet. The diet that they gave you is no good. Have you done any research on diets yet?
Soon, you'll also need to purchase a bigger cage (or you can make one, some do that and say that it's cheaper.), as the cage is too small for even one glider.
Also -- toss the heat rock if you have not already.
