Hello everyone, I just registered today, thought this site is just wonderful to chat to other parents who have gliders. I welcomed my gliders only a month ago. I have a female - malerie who is expecting, a male micky and another female miley and a male marshall. I have a big avairy at home and they are so happy in there, the cage is big enough for me to stand in so i have been spending alot of time in the early evenings with them in the cage and they have just started to trust me. Last night all of them were climbing on me, which was a first. I ordered a pouch today so very excited for it to arrive so I can bond with them more. They are sleeping in a nest box at the moment with eculyptus leaves but going to take the box down and use the pouch for a while just till they have bonded with me a little more. Looking forward to chatting to other parents and getting some guidence and advise from you.

welcome this is a great site. you will learn alot. you need to get both of your males neutered so you don't have gliders up to your ears. i have 1 male (neutered) and 2 females.

Hi Kerry!! Welcome and congrats!! You have an expecting mama - it's so exciting isn't it?
There is so much information here - it has helped me a TON!! I'm sure someone will ask what kind of diet you have them on - and make sure Mom is getting extra protein so she'll be able to produce the milk for the little one/ or ones??
Bonding pouches are great and really help with the process. My little man was neutered yesterday and didn't sleep at all last night (nor did i). I finally put him in the pouch and layed him on my chest and he's been sound asleep ever since.
So enjoy!!!
