So I made my two sugar gliders the hpw diet since they've been eating that for a while. My question is that I made the hpw a couple hours ago so it's not totally frozen yet. Is it okay to feed them this yet?

Yes you can feed it fresh right after mixing the batch.

Freezing just keeps it from spoiling since it takes about a month to use up an entire batch. It also makes it easier to serve each night.
