I got Luna three weeks ago. I have four gliders in my colony...2 girls, 2 boys. Luna is the only cremeino.
Here's what I've done so far:
Cages near each other.
Constant scent swapping...switch toys, switch pouches, switch fleece. About every 3-4 days.
In separate pouches, but both pouches under my shirt.
I was going to try a tent time tonight because she is showing signs of depression (over grooming her tail) but as soon as I unzipped Clare's pouch, she leaped on top of Luna's zippered pouch aggressively and attacked it. I had to pull her off.#128542;
Gimli and Guenevere have both gotten on top of Luna's covered cage and barked/chased her during play time. Thor is the only one who has left her alone but that's because he's kind of a loner and doesn't come out of the cage every day.
I'm not sure I can do anything else to make this work, but some of you really are experts.
As a last resort I will buy her a bigger cage and her own friend. But that will involve another 30 days and I'm really worried about her. Some of you may have seen my other post a few days ago about how her original cage mate died on Thursday before I could go get him to adopt him. (Long story titled "if only" in the RIP section).
Thanks in advance for your help.

Take a deep breath and start over.

Instead of trying to introduce one glider to four others, start with ONE of the quad. Pick the calmest one, or the one that seems to have the least problem with the new glider. After pouch swapping for a couple days, introduce just that glider to you new one during the day when they are sleeping. If they do OK and will share a pouch to go to sleep for the day, put just the two of them in a cage. Give them at least 2 or 3 days to adjust to each other. Make sure they are getting along well then begin swapping pouches and toys with the remaining 3 gliders again.

Next pic the next likely glider to add to the new duo. If the first glider you introduced to the new one had a glider that seemed to be her best friend - choose that one. Introduce this glider to the new duo and let the new trio share a cage for a few days.

Keep this up giving each new group several days to adjust. Leave the most dominant or agressive glider until last. By the time her colony has all been moved out and she spends a couple nights alone she will be more than happy to be back with her companions and will not pay as much attention to the new glider that will by that time share the scent of the whole colony.

If you have a smaller cage for the new glider - when the new group gets to 3 gliders - Swap cages as well putting the two members of the original colony into the smaller cage that the new glider was in. This will help them get familiar with the scent also.

Be patient. It might take a couple weeks to get them all together. Don't rush it.

Candy,
Thank you. I'm afraid for Luna because she's already stressed.
I did try to do one...but I will go back and start over. The challenge is picking the "calmest" one. I thought that would be Clare but I guess that was wrong.
Here's a few follow up questions to make sure I understand.
When you say pouch swapping, do you mean sleeping pouches? If so, for the most part my 4 gliders sleep together. They use the nesting box most days. Would it be a good idea then to remove the nesting box so they only sleep in pouches, and then make sure to swap the pouches every day? Or did you mean bonding pouches?
Hmmm last thing isn't really a question. To my surprise, Clare, Gim, and Guenevere have all been aggressive. Which means I will likely start with Thor. Who would be the one after that?
Btw when we adopted Thor, the three accepted him no problem!
One last hitch. Luna seems to have impaired vision. Do you think they are rejecting her b/c animals can sense these things? The vet-tech mentioned that.
I really appreciate your help. I've been feeling so worried.

Forgot to mention that Thor has been a little pouch protective the last couple months. Is that another problem to consider? He just jumps out and grouches at the glider who passes by. There have been a few brief sibling squabbles but nothing to worry about. Nevertheless, is this a reason to pick a different glider to go first for the second round?

I'd go with Him or Gen, maybe alone they'd be ok, or you can try Thor, but what you said about pouch protectiveness concerns me a little. Wear each in a separate bonding pouch together during the day, if quiet or content noises, turn screen windows to face each other. Try for a couple days with same gliders, if they seem content or quiet, try intro in safe, neutral place, most use bathroom or tent if they all have played in there and scents are mixed well where you can easily separate if needed. This must be daytime, when they're sleepy.

If you plan on continuing using a nesting box, swap the fleece blankets used for bedding.

PMs are fine, I would say the majority here are happy to help in anyway possible. Sorry for the double post last time, I had issues and didn't realize the first one had gone through.
