Since I've gotten Dahlia, I've been buying fleece fabrics and trying out new things for her. Anyone have any great patterns or even advice on some neat cage/accessories to make for her? haha all of the pouches I've made are horrible, but for less than 1.00 to make like 3, and the simple fact she really likes them anyways-- I'm having fun with it my boyfriend and I are trying to figure out how to make those fleece cage sets too. lol wish us luck!

My hubby and I just made a swing for our babies. It takes a frisbe and plastic chain about 3 1/2 feet. Invert the frisbe drill three evenly spaced holes the size of chain links. Attach chain links in three lengths of about 13". Bring all 3 chains together at top and attach to one joining link or shower curtain holder(we used that) then hang in cage. We also lay in piece of fleese that they like to toss around the cage. You could also put in some small toys to play with.

That is cute! I bought a ferret tunnel (fabric) and hung in their cage. They had nothing to do with it. I put a piece of fleece inside and they stay in it all the time!

I also built a nest box from a margarine bowl. Put a piece of fleece in it too! They like it better than the pouch! And, it's easier to clean!

Yes, they are on it every night. I put fleese on it and they toss it around the cage. I hung it in the middle so it will not bump the sides of the cage in the night.
