Can I use a different juice in the BML diet besides apple

I believe that choice lies with you, I use a mix of cranberry juice and apple juice sometimes and sometimes just cranberries.. Hope that helps :)

Actually no, you shouldn't be making any substitutions of ingredients or measurements in bml or any other diet unless it specifies that you can.

The diet is balanced using those specific ingredients, changing even one ingredient changes that.

The only juice you can substitute in bml is if you can't find the gerber yogurt juice and have to make yogurt juice yourself.
