how long have you had the glider?

for a new glider you need to bond with it, or teach it your not a predator looking to eat it.
this can take many weeks or months, as you are very large and it is very small.
there are many ways to bond with glider, if you do a search you will see many results.

if your glider is older and you are bonded with it somewhat, then I think it may be harder to do.
do you have any special smells on you, food, perfume?
I don't know how you are handling the gliders, do you come in low and slow, or high and fast then getting your hands near it?

is the glider blood biting or just a nibble or a HARD groomer?
our gizmo will find the elbow and start to groom it hard, if left alone he well groom to your bleeding. but he will also lick our fingers and clean our finger nails nicely without biting.
riggs will groom a person real hard, and scarface will pull your hair out so it hurts bad, but they are just cleaning us, so you just nicely push them away.
