Hello just wanting to know if anyone uses the little plastic rings that you get on top of cupcakes as toys. If so do you remove the ring part I just want to make sure that they are safe for my babies.

yes they are safe as is, no need to remove the ring part. Check each of them for any sharp burrs from the mold if it's got a burr or sharp spot sand it down until its smooth, nail files work well for that or a med to fine sand paper
