I recently got 2 but today I went to give them a treat at the bottom of the cage and they came to investigate and ignored the treat no crabbing or noise and bit hard 1 on the back of my hand and the other my arm not enough to draw blood but i pulled my hand back and they followed I don't think they did it out of aggressiveness this is the first time they ignored this treat is this part of the bonding process?

I would say NO.

first thought, you had a yummy smelling scent on you and they were tasting it.

my gliders will get on my arm sometimes and start hard grooming, hard nibbling
or hair pulling. I gently push them away if they do this, they won't stop grooming
until they are happy they have done a good job for me. If they are gentle I let
them continue.

they are young? and testing their surroundings. The alpha glider letting you
know they are boss?

I had separate colonies at one time, after feeding and touching one colony I went
to the other colony and the alpha smelled the other gliders and bit and jumped and
ran and bit again, freaking out. you have dog, cat scents?

crabbing is very normal and natural. Let them crab, dont worry about it.

I wouldnt worry to much about the small bites either. give them more time
for the new home and new giant human.

I can only tell you from mine, when ONE barks the other 5, ALL OF THEM,
freeze and refuse to move.
I have read that most people are not sure why they bark.
I take it as an alarm, telling all the other glider to stop and don't move
until I stop barking when the danger has passed.

I could be wrong, but if they are excited why would they all freeze the
entire time one is barking. same with wanting to play, wouldn't they be
moving around like a dog does? moving, jumping, climbing and barking to play?
