Hello there!
They were a pair that were together. Yes i just got them but i asked all these bacause i have another pair of gliders (they are in a seperate cage) but they didnt behave this way. I understand that all gliders are dufferent which is why im asking all this. Im not sure if he is asserting donminance or just in heat..
yes i discussed with my partner about this and plan on getting him neutuered im contacting the vet tomorrow .
I will go look up on the cage u r talking about. thank you.
He .. idk if its bite?? Because he doesnt crab at me and bite me. He would use his hand to try to grab my finger through the cage and nip on the same place again and again really hard, so hard that it drew blood which i then pull my finger away.
And yes i realised it was a grooming sound the next day after i posted this. i was just surprised its much higher pitch than my the other pair of gliders which caused me to be worried.
From my observation its really out of the blue.
They dont chase each other.. is more like one of them just spontenously attack the other. Sometimes its when they just woke up (food has already been prepared and in the cage by then) sometimes its in the middle of the night like 5-4amand other times its in the morning where. im not sure if they're eating around that timing. I give fresh kibbles daily. I also feed them HPW, Veggies, apples and proteins.
