 Today

I fed her less mealies last night...maybe 6.She ate all her food except for a few bits of carrot and apple. She crabs at me less and she's staring to wake up a little earlier, around 11 or 12.At my local exotic pet store the mealies cost $5 for 100 count. That's around 20 days worth if I feed her 5 a day.Maybe I'll start a meal worm farm....I don't know if she eats enough for it though...hmm.
I stopped doing the bonding pouch because she crabs at me and she doesn't get enough sleep.Instead I've been petting her and talking to her and what not.I wish she'd climb on me....and play with me.I know it just takes time though.

My Hobbies
I like to read, write, and I've recently discovered a love for animals.I always liked them, but the responsibility that came with them wasn't worth it.I've come to accept that responsibility as totally worth it.To know that you have made an animal healthy and happy is reward enough. My thoughts are with the Tasmanian Tiger.A truly unique animals.

My Bio
My name is Katie.I'm a capable, caring, aware individual.I have very strong opinions about things that I have educated myself on,but my mind is open to new ideas and opinions. When I don't know about something that presents it's self I like to gather as much information and opinions on the subject as I can.I believe that once you have an animal it is your responsibility to take care of it,even if you get bored with it or it's personality takes a turn for the worse. My mother once got rid of a cat she had,had because it was being unfriendly and didn't like being touched.I still felt that she had an obligation to provide that cat with care and love even if she didn't get it back.People don't seem to realize that animals can be just as diverse as people.
