You would get more replies if you posted this in the forum. Go up to glidergossip then click on the sugar glider section. I would say that you need to spend more time with him, but not puch him. Gliders bond on their terms and the process can be delayed if you try to push their comfort level. Also getting him a friend would probably calm him down too, as gliders are colony animals. You could also try to rehome him if you don't have the time/funds to keep him.
