 Boy or Girl??

Posted by: Carlene

Hey everyone!! I could really use some help on this.... I purchased my sugar glider from a breeder about a month ago and when I did I asked for a girl. Well now I am noticing this fluffy ball looking thing at the bottom of the belly. I am now wondering if my "she" could really be a he, or possibly something really serious? I am unable to find a genitalia, or could be looking wrong...

 Very frustrating

My newly adopted 2 year old glider hasn't shown any further signs of bonding with me other than coming to the cage door in the morning and sleeping in the pouch on my chest... It's been almost 3 months of having him and this is all the progress we've shown. I'm not really sure what to do anymore.

New Suggie Mommies, Need Advice asap

Hi ! So my twin and I are new to the whole Sugar glider process, so I have a few questions that I could really use some answers to! We got our sugar glider 3 days ago, she is approximately 3 years old her name is Oreo. How do we bond with a glider who has already been bonded with? I know you may suggest taking her out into a bonding pouch but we are kind've sheepish due to her crabbing and lunging ! I don't mind to take the process slowly as long as there is progress. Any food advice would be great, as well as cage set-up. Thank You

 Patience??

Ok so I've had my sugar glider rocky for several months now. I got him when he was a baby, and for some reason I cant seem to get him to bond with me. I've done all the things I've heard about but nothing seems to work and I really love him but he just doesn't seem to like me. He still crabs at me when I try to pet him. Even if I'm just trying to put food in his bowl. He even tries to bite me. I let him out to play sometimes. He occasionally will climb on me for a minute but then he jumps down and finds a place to hide. I really want him to bond with me and I've been really patient for about 4 or 5 months, I just don't know what I'm doing wrong :(

 Want to adopt

I am looking for a friend for my single male glider. I rescued him about 4 months ago, he is so playful and sweet. All of the animals in my family are rescues and I would like to keep it that way. I currently reside in California and Arizona. My little guy lives to travel with me, so we would be willing to go on an adventure if you or someone you know is in need of finding a wonderful forever home for their glider.
