1. they are at what I consider "ideal" bonding age.. so as far as that goes.. go to the link below. and check out the bonding page, FOLLOW IT TO THE T. give them plenty of time to learn to trust you, when they are no longer afraid of you and your hands, I will help you further..
2. the cages are fine
3. get them started on the bourbons leadbeaters, it will be the best place to start, if you want to change later, it will be less stressful on them. it is easy to introduce, to and from. you can find this on the diets page at the link below.
4. As far as the vet, the hair missing, any vet should be able to help you, that is caused by either stress, injury, and/or parasites, none of which is glider specific. but see an exotic vet.. take them down and have the vet run a fecal exam on both of them, checking for ANY parasite, as well as a urinalysis, to check for blood in their urine. keep their stress levels down to a bare minimum.. any sign of loose stools, get them to a vet.. read the post I just made regarding vets..
5. The safe wheels.... well obviously it isn't very safe.. get them a "WODENT WHEEL" specifically designed for gliders.. you can order one through Betsy at http://www.betsycc.com
6. circles- what would you do if you wanted to run and didn't have much room? it is usually a sign of stress, "cage stress", the bigger the cage, the better you are.. anyway many gliders still do it, even mine who is far from being stressed.. again reduce stress..

I sure hope this helped you some, good luck and bless ya.. the key to trust building is understand what they have already been through and what they are now going through, how would you feel if you were a glider in a giants world?
the link below although I am the webmaster, has been built by many many great people designed specifially for new and want to be new owners..
