Not only is this here (and where I used to work)...I see at the end of the article I know the parents! I've known the dad since 8th grade and had NO idea she was even pregnant! They are also, coincidentally, clients of my husband's. I have no reason for posting this except it really caught me off guard. It was on AOL.

Oh my gosh! I saw a "news teaser" about that last night but didn't get to hear the whole story.

Could you imagine finding out that your new baby boy had body parts in his little head? By the photos, it looks like the parents are handling it AMAZINGLY well!

We'll keep this little one in prayer! Please let us know if you hear any updates.

My husband is going to try and contact them today. They are super nice people. My husband does financial planning and he literally has the baby's life insurance policy sitting on his desk. They had already contacted my hubby to set up the baby's policy to help with college! They have each other covered really well too and are smart about investing for their future for being fairly young. They own their own business...Anyway, it's amazing how a story changes when you know a person!

Prayers sent for this family. Wow, what a news story, I am so happy the baby is doing well.

So far, so good! Christmas miracle, I'd say!

My hubby went and visited these guys today. Baby is home and doing AWESOME and the parents say you'd never know anything was different except for a scar. They are going to be on the Today Show the week of Jan. 12th but not sure exactly what day yet.

That is completely amazing ... just ten days.
