well I emailed this person and asked them to post on here [so a glider knowledgeable could get them] she/he seemed receptive and thanked me. idk what will happen but I did try. I would take them but I like to have a vet bill cushion and until I get a new job [not gonna happen]

they are not free (or atleast now they aren't). they want 350 for them. I live about 20 min from them and would pick them up but I can't afford that right now. It's time for my little guy to be snipped and that would put too much of a dent in my extra emergency funds.

well the gliders "free" with purchase of CAGE! what are these people thinking? if I could afford to use my vet funds like that, I would. fortunately I got a job today!

I just emailed and asked them if they would consider revising the ad so that they were selling the sugar gliders and the CAGE was free. I also asked that they place on here too. I so wish all these little babies would find forever homes...

They responded with a very short message saying that you couldn't sell pets on craigslist and that is why the article is written the way it is. I told them I have never heard that, have any of you??? Why else would all of these little gliders be on craigslist - is it because the administrators ignore them?

I'm not sure how it's worded, but it's true. Craigslist does not allow you to "sell" pets. You are, however, allowed to ask for a "rehoming fee".

well actually. you can't SELL them on craigslist. you can only offer them for rehoming with a reasonable fee. thats why a lot of people don't put the price on there. I flag ppl all the time for it. but when i see gliders for sale, I encourage ppl to post on here instead

They are right - you can't sell animals on craigslist. You can ask for rehoming fees for them, and you can sell all sorts of accessories, but not the actual critters. $350 for three gliders is a bit steep for craigslist. They would get a lot more hits if they asked something closer to $200.
