In your opinion what is the best cage for 2 gliders? As most of you know I have Rocky and am looking for a female for him. I found several cages but i want one that I won't have to replace any time soon. I went to bird.com and found this one and I like it. I just want to make sure it's big enough.

In my opinion, that cage is a bit small...

The height is decent, but I am not sure about the style of the roof.
The width, in my opinion, seems too small. Keep in mind that you're going to need to put toys, pouches, and a glider safe wheel in the cage. I'm unsure if that could work with this cage.

If you can, go bigger. It'll cost more (most glider safe cages seem to cost at least over $100), but you'll be happier in the long run. Buy the biggest you have room for, and that you can afford.

I have the Sturdy Cage from Suncoast, which I love. It houses two gliders, and even though it is plenty of room for them, I am adding a second cage on top of it, making a 6 foot high cage. I wish I had just purchased a bigger one to start with.. but the sturdy cage is great.

That cage is too small except as a travel cage 14 x 18 inch base is tiny.

A better choice is a tall flight cage

I have a colony of 4 in this cage with plenty of room for 2 wheels and lots of toys.

Are you worried about cost? I bought this cage which I house 4 gliders in. It's less than 100.00 and has free shipping. It's very sturdy and is 30"Widex18"Deepx55"tall. I love it. I'm actually planning on buying another one in February with my income taxes so I can make it even bigger.

If you go on ebay and type in sugar glder cage you will find a lot of very nice tall big cages. There are some that are semi cheap. My grandma bought me a big 5ft 5 level cage for just under $100.

It isn't cost at all. I was just unsure what would be the best way to go. What is the best spacing to get?

You could always make your own. You can make it as big as you want and you get a lot more cage for not as much money. http://justforfuzzies.com/Other_Stuff/Cage/index.html

As everyones already said, it is going to be WAY to small for two (or even one) gliders. It also doesn't look very sturdy.
Look into what cages other people have suggested, but have you considered making a cage? It's actually quite simple to make a PVC cage, and you don't have to be a very good carpenter!

I made this wood cage for my suggies, usong the PVC cage instructions. (Just switching PVC for wood!) It was affordable and easy!

The cage you have linked, is not very easy to get into either, i have a similar one that i use for emergency travel, and the doors are tiny :( they slide up but only enough for maybe your fist to fit into, and its not quiet! its loud. it rattles against the base a lot. I just got a cage off Craigslist for 40 bux, its what they call the "Castle" on one website that sells cages for snuggies. its over 4.5 ft tall, 28 inches deep by 36 inches wide. its huge! and its wonderful! just post that your looking for a cage that is at least... whatever size you want, and that your going to be using it for a sugar glider. If you cant find it, someone might find you! thats what i did. Goodluck darlin!

The Exel brand has the Large Tower which is very popular and also the new XL Tower which gets posted on ebay once in awhile. You can check out some popular cage links here.

I recommend buying a sturdy and large cage the first time. It can be some cash, but you absolutely do get what you pay for. Look for a swing open door, not a head chopper.
