I do not know who designed the diet shown in the above posts but I would NOT USE IT.
First - are you keeping the ingredients that are allowed to soften over night in the refrigerator? These foods would begin to spoil after 8 hours at room temperature.
The amount of yogurt called for in this recipe is EXCESSIVE and may be what is causing your glider's loose stools.
There is not a lot of nutrients in the amount of food listed in the recipe - and the instructions to 'fill the blender with water' is very random - Blenders come in many sizes - my blender holds 5 cups - other folks use a blender that is much smaller.
The instructions go on to suggest feeding other protein sources - with one of them being BML. If you are feeding BML - the above recipe (or the other protein choices) should not be used along with it - just follow the BML diet instructions - including the restricted list of fruits and only frozen mixed vegetables each night.
Please look at the various feeding plans that have been proven to keep gliders healthy for many years and choose one plan to follow for your glider.

Do not use the heat pad. Gliders are warm blooded animals and do not need an external heat source to maintain their body heat.
