Poll Question: What do you consider the most important aspect? Choices: a good diet a good living space a lot of toys a lot of play time keeping your sugar glider clean

I need a all of above choice. Except for clean I really don't worry about that since they do it themselves.

I need a tie between good diet and living space. Provided those things (and companionship) your glider will be fine, just not bonded to you. Most sick sugar gliders have either diet or living conditions to blame.

Good diet, a sugar glider friend, lots of clean living space, toys and no worries about cleaning them as they clean themselves.

Diet is probably the number one factor in most glider deaths. It may not happen over night - but diet can mean the difference between living to a ripe old age or dying in the first year or two. A poor diet mainly has an effect on their livers.

I could not vote on this as I feel all of the items listed are extremely important to the health and well being of any animal. So all of the above would be my answer.

Plus you're missing having a friend, having a reliable exotic vet and the list goes on....

I couldn't pick just one thing either.

I voted for a lot of playtime - because it is the area of my glider care that I find the most difficult. I agree that all the others are very important. But I'm confident with my diet, my cages, their toys, etc. It is only playtime that makes me worry!

if i really have to pick it would be a tie between play time with each other and me and a really good diet, without that they cannot play very well so i guess diet.

But I don't really worry about keeping them clean... they do that. Although, I suppose if I had a dirty glider, it would concern me! That could be put together with a clean cage, since they can get "stained" in a dirty cage.

i have 2 dogs soo my biggest concern is my dogs eating my sugie... they have eaten rabbits before... so im sure that they would love some sugie..

Play time! Your glider will be sad without play! :D
