I plan on selling them soon because im going off to college and i dont know what to tell people when im selling them and they are brownish. they also always have wet tails. i thinks they groom their tails to much or something because its always wet. please help me

That doesn't sound normal. Usually changing to a brownish color is health or deit related. That's also odd that their tails are always wet. It sounds like these guys need a vet check before sending them to anyone else's home. Are they in the sun or is just part of their enclosure shade?

I bought a glider once from PPP and he was brownish grey, mainly brown, and ended up dying just a couple days later. Please take them to a vet asap tomorrow before whatever is wrong with them become fatal.

If they used to be grey and they are now brown - that is definately diet related. This means they have been on a very poor diet....

They do need to see a vet before they go to a new home. That would be your responsibility to make certain they are healthy before they leave.

please take them to the vet ASAP!!!!! they will die. this species is very fragile and dies quickly if something is untreated. also, cold temperatures is VERY bad for them. if you are leaving them in an outside overhang where they are getting cold and dewy at night then they will get very sick.

Hopefully they have seen a vet. Also, outside in south Florida this time of year gets too hot. When they're in their pouch the heat is magnified.

All glider's should be able to come inside at night... (and during the day for when it get's to hot.)

I've heard that when glider's get stressed, they over groom their tails. Is there any fur missing at the base of the tail? Could someone/something, (Predator, neighbors dog, cat, ect.) be bothering them and causing them stress?

i have heard of cinamons(sorry if i spelled it wrong) but i think cinas are just gliders with nutrition problems like everyone else. the person who had them b4? did they have the suggies on a different diet than you? i use BML. mine loves it.and its healthy for her and not that hard to make.

oh i forgot to put this in my last post but, your housing for them does not sound very good.i agree with suggie mom. besides sugar gliders that stay outside all day might get dehydrated, and too much sun. gliders are nocturnal and sometimes if yours are like mine, like to come out some during the day to snack.and if they stay outside its sunny and their eyes will hurt. so i do not like the housing thing.
