I went back through the archives and read where they can eat eggplant, okra, green tomatoes dates and figs. I couldn't find anything on how often they can eat these. Are any of these something they can have 1-2 times a week or just on an occasion. I am running out of ideas for the veggies so I am trying to find something new, they won't eat just anything. Picky little buggers!!

Are you changing up the veggies every night? Because if you are, then I would recommend you stop. When we cater like this to them they definitely don't eat the things they don't like because they know they will have something different the next night.

You need to try putting the same mixture of veggies in the cage a few nights in a row.

The Ca:Ph ratio for frozen Okra is 1.93:1 and cooked it's 2.09:1 so that seems like a good item to feed. I'm assuming the ratio listed above is for raw.

I TRY to have it in there when they wake up which used to be by 8-8:30 but seems like they're all awake before 7 all the time now. I imagine it will be worse once the time changes this weekend!

I always put the veggies and protein in one bowl and the fruit in another. I don't even know WHY I do that. Yes, 11:00 is fine. I only do it then because they have ME on a schedule. LOL

I usually have three or four bowls in the kitchen. Tonight I have four, zookeepers, BML with the veggies mixed up, fruit, and scrambled egg with radish leaves mixed up.

The veggies they don't eat they will eat IF its in an omelet, they just won't eat some of them plain. I am really just looking for a variety for them and I am not sure what is ok to give them 1-2 times a week. For example- avacados they can only have them on an occasion because of them being fatty. The things I was asking about I don't know much about their nutritional value, fat content, etc. for my girls.
Take green tomatoes, I didn't know they can have them but should they only be fed on an occasion or can they have them more often.
THEHYLAND, the few items I have listed came from a previous post were you listed the same ratios. Thats where I seen they could have the stuff I was asking about. I used to have a large list of stuff they could eat when I 1st got my gliders but I have since misplaced it.

I feed different fruits/veggies all the time but then again, I truly don't have any picky eaters for some reason.
