So I've had my two little boys for a few months now and I've noticed how they love just running around. We thought it might be fun to see if they liked those plastic gerbil ball things so we bought one to see. At first they weren't sure what to make of it, (they each had their own ball). Lexington who is our most adventurous boy has it mastered now though. He knows how to use moment to get into the other rooms where there's a bit of floor height differences, it was really neat watching him learn how that works. But the best part is when the two boys see our cat laying on the floor. She has been run over by sugar gliders in balls more time then I can count lol. So I guess we have our own sugar glider ball gang hehe.

Be careful...those are actually dangerous for gliders...
They can get their feet stuck through the small holes and stuff..I would never use one. Sugar gliders are tree dwellers and prefer to be up high.

yeah we watch them really closely when they are in them, but you're right them do like climbing alot and usually we just have them do their thing in their room with us. I much prefer just playing with them without those things anyway.

Slightly off topic.. but my gliders have no problem being on the floor. Even when they can be up high. I know they're tree dwellers in the wild.. but my gliders spend as much time on the floor of their cage as they do climbing around the top. And when I let them out in the playroom they love hopping around on the floor.. even when they can get up to the top of the curtains and stuff.

Same here run all over the floor. Hamster balls bad. Want to try something neat tie a rope from one side of the room to the other and watch the play with that. I have the rope just haven't done it yet
