So I have a glider I want to introduce to a new pair. It's been a month their cages have been close done scent swapping. And also worn them in their bonding pouches at the same time. I'm thinking it's time to start intros. I know it needs to be in neutral territory don't involve food and all that my question is should I introduce them all three together or one on one? I keep finding mixed answers some say one on one so the single won't be stressed but others say to do all three so they can figure there ranks and opinions of eachother.

my wife has done 4 introductions. 2 plus 2, 4 plus 2, 6 plus 2 and 2 plus 1.
with all of them she started with 2, then switched in another one so it was still 1 vs 1. then worked up to 3 or 4 all together, usually giving 1 vs 1 about 5 minutes in the bathtub. Small spats were allowed, but bigger spats we separated and tried again later or next day. 2 plus 2 was easy, 2 plus 1 was easy (they had some introductions from previous owner). 4 plus 2 was hardest, and 6 plus 2 went well.

usually our gliders were glad to have more friends, it was just they need that initial intro to go well and see that neither whats to fight, then they are happy to have more sleeping bodies in the pouch.

Do it one on one. This will keep one from being teamed up on. Once you introduce both of them and know they aren't fighting and are getting along then have it two on one. This way you can tell wether or not they will team up on him or not.

Two on one isn't bad it's just not as safe. People have done it successfully without a problem. The only problem is that if things go south it may be more serious then if it was one on one.
