Hello, I'm trying to figure out the legal side of breeding while not having a USDA license. I only have one pair. I can't find any information online about this topic. Does anyone know if I have to file paper work for joeys born from a single pair? Is there anything I need to do additionally when selling joeys for the single pair? Thanks!

The only thing I know for sure between breeding and being a USDA breeder is that you have to have X amount of pairs before you can become USDA approved. I dont even know what X equals, but I dont think its a huge number of pairs (4-6 from what i garnered from the conversation).
