Feb 1, 2007 Pican has her first OOP Posted by: kazkoPican’s baby came out of pouch today. It is a female. I still think that it could possibly be from Big Guy, but I suppose odds are that it is indeed Buddy’s.

Oct 8, 2006 Pican and the boys Posted by: kazkoAs an experiment I have let Pican spend some nights with the two boys. They took to her unexpectedly well. They seemed nice but not so interested in her. Nonetheless, they would all cuddle in the bag together and all was fine. It is possible that they have mated but odds are that they did not. Sep 23, 2006 Received two new boys tonight Posted by: kazkoI’ve received two new males tonight from Linzy in Lewisville. She was moving and didn’t want them anymore. It appeared that she never cleaned the cage or took care of these animals, it was a mess. Both need their nails clipped something awful and the smaller male has a hurt left foot probably by getting it caught in a sleeping sack or something. He is barely using it and I am sure it is causing him pain. The pair get along well and they came with two decent sized cages and one tiny ugly thing and a single wodent wheel which was caked with dried poo. After a serious cleaning on their cage, wheel, and removing some pee soaked items, they really don’t smell much at all compared to the other two I have. The pair were originally purchased from someone in Austin, Tx and Linzy thinks they are 3 years old. 
Sep 17, 2006 The day I got Neo posted in my livejournal. Posted by: Ahsaehr I told Timothy about sugar gliders the other day,a nd we started searching for one. No pet shop in Jackson or Memphis had one, so we finally found a website that had one, this lady lived in Eagleville...she said that another woman who worked for her could come bring it to us next weekend, but we are going to be camping, so we offered to drive... she said it would be quicker to go to the Nashville state fair, where they were selling them. So I drove to Nashville with very little guidance from my significant other. It was fun, I was scared to, but it wasn't half as bad as Louiseville. So, now we have a beautiful little sugar glider, and until we live together, Timothy has primary custody- when he goes out of town, and when Tim stays the night with me, I'll have him. We named him Neo after the Matrix, we were going to name him Constantine, but it was just such a large name for such a little dude. He's so cute He was crawling on the edge of the cage and I handed him a bit of apple about the size of his paw, and he took it out of my hand with one of his, and hung on the cage and ate it one handed. Aug 19, 2006 Mickey and Minnie rehomed today Posted by: kazkoMickey and Minnie were finally picked up and taken by Sandy and family. Mickey was noticeably agitated with so many kids around. I feel bad for him but have hopes that his new family wont kill him. We will miss him. Happy to see Minnie go away and I have a feeling that I will see her again some day.
