A comparison in nutritional value between beef and chicken. To read the graph below, for a given nutrient if the beef and chicken have equal amounts then the graph will be split in the middle. If one has more than another, then the graph will be skewed accordingly. Lean ground beef was selected. As for preparation, it is unclear if the fat was drained or if the meet was patted down with a paper towel to remove excess fat. Feeding extremely fatty meats should be avoided or minimized. The chicken item selected was because most frozen packs of "chicken strips" are slices of white meat from the breast of the chicken. The stewed preparation method was selected as that's the closest one can find to 'boiled.'
