Is the glide-r-chow a good food to feed my glider? And whats the best vitamins to be giving them? Will Glide-a-mins be good enough?

Um, those sound like marketed foods from a glider mill.

Unfortunately the answer is no. A pellet diet will not be enough for your gliders, even with a multivitamin sprinkled on it. Gliders need protein, calcium and several other things. Most people feed a variety of fruits, veggies and protein each night. I myself use a diet my vet suggests which consists mostly of fresh bugs and a mix I can create. Fruits and vegetables as a treat.

Anyway, do some search on some real diets, not something that a salesman gives you. You can even try calling vets in your area and see what they suggest.

This is my 4th sugar glider, I always fed them all the fruits and vegetables thats been listed on this forum. Mine also liked mealworms and believe it or not "Crickets". But I had seen a lot more info. on giving your gliders protein. And The last glider I got, it was too late for her. I had got her from someone that figured she was just going to die, and I had been taking her to a vet that was giving her some injections of calcium and vitamins. I done everything I could but the little helpless thing just didnt make it. I want my new baby glider to have everything it needs without a second thought.

You have to carefully monitor the calcium to phosphorous ratios if you feed a fresh diet. As far as protein that is harder to give calcium rich. Here's what my vet suggested I feed. Ok, I have to say this but you have more than one glider right? if you want your new one to have everything it needs, it does need a friend.

The way you said this is your fourth glider I didn't know if you meant the fourth glider you've owned and you lost one and still have two others or you only have it now.
