ok.... i have three gliders. to males in one cage and one female in another. their cages are right next to each other to wear they can kinda touch and see each other. is that bad? sometimes Chloe circles the top of her cage with emmit and r.j. aren't out and will start barking... is that bad?

Also at night when r.j. is out he circles the top of his cage and will randomly stop and hang upside down.... why's is this? My mom says their going stir crazy. lol.

They don't get to come out and run around a lot but i do get them out and let them climb on me often. are they going cage crazy?

yup, bad. gliders will fixate on this and a simple "hi how are you" can turn into an aggravated event and fighting and tail pulling and biting. Gliders can be very fierce if they dont get what they want.

I would definitely get the boys neutered and see if you could get them all together. She must be lonely sleeping by herself! Maybe if they could all 3 play they wouldnt be so "stir crazy" Are the cages small?

From what I understand 2 boys and 1 girl is not a good situation. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. But yes your girlie needs a buddy. Perhaps another girl? And then you could hopefully put them all together?

Filly, I BELIEVE that's only when both males are NOT neutered. Once they're neutered the two males can be in with the female. But when they aren't neutered they'll fight over the female.

Megs, it's a risk regardless of whether or not both males are neutered. They still have those insticts and will still compete to breed her when she comes into heat. It's still possible, but not really recommended.

However, if there was a second female, then the numbers would be more even and then their chances of all of them getting along might be better.

I have 3 neutered males and 2 females in a cage together. They love each other. They were not raised with each other either. They choose that arrangement. I had three (mom, dad and baby) I got 3 more from a lady that couldnt take care of them anymore. She told me one of hers was not as tame as the other 2. I would let both sets out at night together. 2 of her gliders started sleeping with my three right off the bat. The one that wasnt so tame seems to like being in a cage by herself. I have another lone glider next to her cage and she seems content to have the cage all to herself also. After a year I am still working on getting them together. They dont seem to be interested because every night 5 go to their cage (or to a sleeping bag that I left in their room one night not thinking about them going there but they have taken a fondness to it) and the other two go back (alone) to their cages.
