Just wondering, do female sugar gliders tend to bite more and harder when there pregnant? I don't remmeber macy biting me and if she did was a tiny nibble. But now she is pregnant and she bit me pretty hard to where i thought i was bleeding but didnt cut me. I don't mean to ask a dumb question, but was curious if they get more agressive or w/e.

It's not a dumb question at all. It's very normal as she's going to be very protective of her joey(s). Dad may do the same thing.

our older female, Priscilla, almost never bites and if she does, like you said, it is a nibble. However, when she has been (and is now) she bites if I try to hold her from climbing on me or try to pick her up when she does not want to be messed with. Normally she will run to me as soon as I open the cage door, but when pregnant, she sits back nd will not come to me unless I reach to her and let her climb on me. She has bit me a couple of times and drawn blood.

Well thanks guys, i just wanted to make sure she was ok. But i guess i can see she's just trying to protect her baby.
