My glider population changes pretty much weekly as rescues come, or go to new homes. Currently I have 19 gliders. However, I'm hoping that at least one pair, if not 2 pairs, will find new homes soon!

Im glad aswell, could u imagine being alone always?? You can be givin everything you could ever want and need but without any other humans how would it make you happy??

i posted a thread on glider central,asking how many gliders we have out there, & i went to several forums to let them know of this post, & last i knew, it was over 1,500. this was several months ago .
& i do know there are many ppl who are not on forums,but have gliders, so we won't ever get a true count,but it was fun tally-ing it all up!
forgot to add i have 2 6 yr old females.

Yeah - that was me. As you can see, I have my personal gliders, then I have rescues that come through here, get vet checked, neutered if necessary, then move on to new homes. Currently in my house are 24 gliders. My "permanent" population is 15

:O!! I'm so envious.. My dream is to open up a no kill animal shelter.. but I don't have the income or land to do it yet.. :(

A lot of members have 5+. I have 5 and have NOOOOO intentions of getting more.. however... I also didn't have intentions of getting another three and I did.

I have a neutered boy 15months old got him when he was 2 months old and I have twin girls that are a year old got them when they were 2 months old.

Bailey is alone but he'll have a cagemate very soon! :)

We have eight (was 9), started with two and let the colony grow until we decided to have the boys snipped before there was any inbreeding.

I am very guilty of having one I wish I could get another one but the MOM won't allow it so until I move out which won't be two long one it is but he's doing just fine! I actually think he prefers being alone whn I got him they were all smuggles together in a group and he was off doing his own thing so maybe I have that once in a lifetime let me be alone sugar glider but u never know so hopefully I'll get another one soon and he doesn't bark often which makes me think he's pretty content alone!

Still two but I want a rescue for myself. Omi and Kai are not mine.

i have 2 myself little boys ones 2.5 and the others 1.5 at least thats what i was told i named them camo and daredevil..one likes to hide and the other likes to be brave. do you know how i can tell the real ages of them?
