i picked mine out because i play volleyball and my position on the team is Setter..plus my volleyball number is 03...i know it's weird but who isn't these days.
My wife wanted to let our kids pick one name, so they did. Maverick. I picked Dakota's kinda a western thing. Strange thing we are far from being western/redneck.
A very special relative who passed away, it's her first name and middle initial. Also it's pretty neat how during the 'day' these little ones catch 'zzz's'. Our first glider was also a 'g'irl, so it just all seemed like a no brainer for me and my circumstance.
Back when I started to BBS (bulletin board system)before the world wide web (internet) I needed a user name and I had found a salamander in a friends swimming pool that I played with. Decided to use Salamander and have used it ever since.
Mine's pretty stupid... Simi is my name and Oni is the kitten that I adopted right before I made the account, so Simi's Oni made sense, or simisoni.
I didn't have gliders when I made the account... I suppose a name with Evie (my girl) in it would be better. I haven't named the male yet, so I'm not sure how I could combine their names...
WHEN I GOT ONTO THIS SITE AND MADE MY ACCOUNT I REALLY DIDN'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT SUGGIES SO I JUST USED MY NAME. BUT NOW I THINK I NEED TO GET ANOTHER NAME AFTER READING SOME OF YOURS.
Kazko was the name of my first sugar glider in 1997. I purchased him from an importer and breeder North of Denton, Tx. It is also my adult entertainment name. You can find my productions in the back room of many a video shop.
I use this username on a lot of sites. My initials are PRD and "prdy" is like "purdy" which is a silly way of saying "pretty". So it's pretty cool, purdycool, or prdycool with my initials!
volleyball is the only sport i play...i used to play soccer (for about 5 years) but i quit when i started playing volleyball in the spring and the fall...(club and high school)...i will have played vball for 6 years this year.. I love the olympics! i have been watching it almost everyday with my babies...
